These terms govern your use of visitnoa.com (the “site”), published by Visit NOA (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About Visit NOA

Visit NOA is an independent travel guide to Northwest Argentina. We publish information about destinations, itineraries and experiences in Jujuy, Salta, Tucumán, Catamarca, Santiago del Estero and La Rioja. We are not a travel agency or tour operator, and we do not sell tours, accommodation or transport ourselves.

Information on the site

We research our content carefully, but travel conditions change. Opening hours, prices, road conditions, weather, access to national parks and other practical details may be different by the time you travel. The content is general information, not professional advice: check important details with official sources and service providers before you go, and plan according to your own health, experience and the conditions on the day, especially at high altitude or in remote areas.

We do not guarantee that the site is complete, accurate or always available, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Bookings through partners

Some pages link to experiences offered by third-party booking partners (for example Viator) and the operators they work with. When you follow one of these links:

• you leave Visit NOA, and any booking is a contract between you and the partner or operator, under their terms, cancellation and privacy policies;
• prices, availability, ratings and reviews are provided by the partner and can change without notice;
• payments, confirmations, changes, refunds and complaints are handled by the partner or operator, not by us.

Experiences marked Demo are demonstration content used to illustrate the site. They are not real products and cannot be booked.

Visit NOA is reader-supported. Some links are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Commissions never determine what we recommend; our editorial content is independent.

Intellectual property

The texts, design and the Visit NOA name and logo belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Photographs are used under open licences or with permission, and remain the property of their authors. Their licences and credits are listed on our photo credits page and must be respected if you reuse them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its operation or security, or to copy its content in bulk by automated means.

Third-party websites

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visit NOA is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, nor for the services provided by booking partners, operators or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Argentine Law No. 24,240 on consumer protection.

Privacy and cookies

You do not need to create an account or give us personal data to use the site. If you write to us, we use your email address only to reply. Read our cookie policy to learn about cookies, including those set by our booking partners.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Argentina, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that consumer protection law grants you.
